In response to Executive Order 13563 on Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review (January 18, 2011), PBGC issued its plan to review its regulations to ease administrative burden, simplify filings, and provide relief for small businesses and plans. PBGC’s plan addresses priorities for review, issues in review (for example, does a regulation accomplish its stated goals), and how regulations will be selected for review, among other things. The public is encouraged to submit comments on PBGC’s review plan at any time or to nominate regulations to review. Please send comments to regs.comments@pbgc.gov. All comments will be posted on this page under the heading of Public Comments.
