View Payment History

If PBGC currently pays your pension benefit, you can use the “view payment history” feature in MyPBA (PBGC’s online service for participants in PBGC-trusteed plans). “View payment history” lets you track your check, view payment address information, and view images of cashed checks. 

MyPBA is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  You no longer have to wonder where your check is!

How to view your payment history

  • If you already have a MyPBA account, simply select “view payment history” from the options on your MyPBA home page to check the status of a PBGC check.
  • If you do not have a MyPBA account, opening one is simple.  You can find all the steps in our New User’s Guide at www.pbgc.gov/newusersguide (PDF). 
  • If you need assistance, call PBGC's Customer Contact Center at 1-800-400-7242. (For TTY/TDD users, call the federal relay service toll-free at 1-800-877-8339 and ask to be connected to 800-400-7242.)
